All orders are packed with care and shipped directly from Bangkok, Thailand within 3 business days of your order being placed.
Free Shipping — Variety Box Sets
Free standard shipping is included on all Variety Box Set orders shipped to the following countries:
Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
For all other destinations, a flat shipping fee applies (see table below).

* Free standard shipping applies to Variety Box Set orders only. Value Pack, DIY Box, and individual item orders may incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping uses Thailand Post International Airmail. Express uses EMS (Express Mail Service) with full tracking.
Order Tracking
Standard: A tracking number will be provided by email within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Track at track.thailandpost.co.th.
Express EMS: Full real-time tracking with faster customs clearance priority.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. DEEJAIBOX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Food Products & Import Regulations
Some of our products contain food items sourced from Thailand. Certain countries may have specific regulations regarding the import of food products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items ordered comply with local import rules. DEEJAIBOX is not liable for items seized or delayed by customs due to local food import restrictions. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

- Delivery estimates are a guide only and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal conditions.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. DEEJAIBOX is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
