We can deliver to the following countries (A-Z);

Q: How much is shipping ?
The shipping cost depends on the weight, and we use Thailand Post for our shipping services. We do not charge shipping fees for every box in the "Variety Box Sets" when shipped to Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom
The shipping cost is 5 - 8 USD when shipped to Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.
The shipping cost is 8 - 17 USD when shipped to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherland, Norway, Portugal, and Switzerland.
The shipping cost is 14 - 24 USD when shipped to Canada.
Q: When is my box shipped ?
Your package will be dispatched within 3 days after you place your order.
Q: When will my box arrive ?
The standard delivery time to recipients in different countries is within 3-14 days, depending on the destination country.
Q: Can I track my box ?
You can track your package using the tracking number you'll receive once we've dispatched your order. Check it at Track Thailand Post
Q: What should I do if the package is damaged?
All Dee Jai orders are non-refundable. If your package is damaged, please take a photo of the received damaged items and send an email to deejaibox@gmail.com We will compensate for the damages by either sending a new product or providing a voucher for your next purchase.
